The service

Namour, operated by Technologies Ilema Inc., is a loyalty program shared by partner beauty and wellness professionals. Your phone number is your card: you earn points at one partner and use them at all partners.

Your card

• You create your card yourself, with a 6-digit code that confirms your number or email. One account per number.
• The card is free. There is no app to install and no password.

Points

• You earn 1 point per dollar paid at a partner, before taxes and tip, rounded down.
• Points are available 48 hours after the visit, the time needed to check the transaction.
• Points don't expire. They are not money: they can't be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
• A transaction entered by mistake can be cancelled or corrected; every correction is kept in your history.

Rewards

• Each partner sets its rewards, their cost in points and their conditions (for example a minimum service amount or a period).
• You confirm each use with a “Yes” on WhatsApp, or with a code received by email. Without confirmation, no points are used.

Messages

• Namour sends you the messages related to your card: codes, visit and redemption confirmations, answers to your requests.
• Partners' deals are only sent to you if you accepted them, at most twice a week. Write “stop” on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in the email to stop.

A problem

Every visit confirmation contains a “Report a problem” link. You can also write “problème” to Namour on WhatsApp or to bonjour@namour.co.
