Partner terms

Joining and validation

• The partner creates its account in Namour Pro. The account stays pending until Namour checks that the business exists and that the person is authorized to represent it.
• Before validation, the partner can't record any transaction or give points; its QR code and sign-up link are not active.
• Namour may refuse or suspend an account, in particular in case of inaccurate information or abnormal transactions. Points already given stay with the clients.

Transactions and points

• The partner records, the same day, the amount actually paid by the client, before taxes and tip. No points are given without real spending.
• Each person at the business uses their own access; each transaction shows who entered it.
• Transactions are never changed: a mistake is corrected by a new entry, kept in the history.

Rewards

• The partner offers a permanent base reward and regularly renews its offers, according to the rules shown in Namour Pro (minimum value, number of active offers).
• The partner honours the rewards confirmed by the client in its business.

Fees

• Joining and recording visits are free. Namour never charges for new clients brought in.
• Broadcast campaigns are optional and prepaid as credit; only delivered messages are charged; unused credit is refundable.

Client data

The partner only sees a client's first name and available balance, and its own transactions. It agrees not to use this information for any purpose other than the Namour service.
