Getting started

A few minutes for you, a check on our side, and your clients earn their first points.

  1. Create your partner account

    Your email, then the code sent to that address, no password. Then: name, categories, address, phone and your first name. Your services and Google Business Profile are added later, in Namour Pro.

  2. Namour checks your business

    We confirm that your business exists. Meanwhile, prepare your rewards, your page and your team.

  3. Put up your QR code

    Once validated, you receive your welcome kit: your QR to print and your link to share.

How much does it cost?

Joining Namour and recording your clients' visits is free. Broadcast campaigns, which send your offers to the network's clients, are optional and prepaid; unused credit is refundable.

Who pays for the rewards?

You choose your rewards and offer them in your business, like with a classic loyalty card. A permanent base reward, and limited-time offers to attract new clients.

What do I see of my clients?

A client's first name and available balance when you enter their visit, and your own transactions. You never see their visits at other partners.

What equipment do I need?

A tablet, a computer or a phone with a browser. Namour Pro installs like an app, without an app store.

Can my staff enter visits?

Yes, each with their own access: every recorded visit shows who entered it.
